Cuerdale Employment Sites
Project Details: Planning application has been submitted to South Ribble Council for three commercial sites in Samlesbury, Preston. These sites could create over 2000 jobs and provide an economic boost of over £120m per year. On land totalling around 70 acres the development could create 170,000sqm of industrial space, 7,500sqm of office space, 5,000sqm of retail space and an 8,916sqm hotel.
