Arundel Street

Welcoming visitors to the North’s premier city, Arundel Street will deliver the comprehensive regeneration of a prominent site in Manchester’s Castlefield Conservation Area. Working in harmony with the industrial heritage of the area, the inspiring design will create a new architectural landmark, improving the visual journey from Manchester’s inner ring road into the city centre.

Designed by renowned Manchester architects SimpsonHaugh (Beetham Tower, First Street, Urbis), the proposed scheme is situated on the site of the former DOT Motorcycle building and will create a high quality mixed-use space comprising more than 380 apartments, a roof garden and commercial and leisure spaces.

Our ambition is that this will breathe life into an underutilised site whilst retaining the key character features in respect of the adjoining conservation area.
