As well as developing and funding our own projects, Logik’s business model is predicated upon joint venturing with other landowners and developers to fund and bring forward development opportunities brought to us.
Schemes in which we have recently invested, either alone or as co-investor, include:
• Sharp Street, Manchester;
• The development of a Lidl foodstore on a former bus depot in Conwy;
• 100 acre greenfield strategic land housing site in Flintshire;
• Former medical centre site in Upton on the Wirral, redeveloped as a small housing development.
